Shawnee County Football Tour 2019 – Seaman Vikings

Our final stop on this year’s Shawnee County Football Tour takes us to North Topeka to check out the Seaman Vikings.

LAST YEAR: The Vikings finished their season strong after a slow start, wrapping up a 4-4 record. They won their first playoff game before their season ended in regionals at the hands of the eventual 5A state champions from St. Thomas Aquinas.

PLAYERS TO WATCH: Senior Drayton Foster is an impact player at tight end and at defensive end and he’ll make a lot of plays at both positions. Leadership on both sides of the ball will come from senior Brayden Vawter, who will start the year at quarterback but could move to wingback and also helps anchor the defense at linebacker.
