Two area teams are new to this week’s Top 10 class rankings from the Kansas Volleyball Association.

Shawnee Heights is ranked for the first time this season, debuting at number six in the 5A poll. Oskaloosa, which had previously been ranked in class 2A, is back among the rankings this week at tenth.

Washburn Rural and Hayden held their #2 rankings in 6A and 4A, respectively, while Seaman moved up a spot to eighth in 5A. Royal Valley and Wabaunsee continue as the top-ranked teams in 3A and 2A, respectively, while Silver Lake remains seventh in 3A.
